Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Jewelry that has been altered, customized, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Refunds:

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original piece. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items:
